Current Reincarnation of Sublime Legally Prevented from Using the Band Name

The Estate of Bradley Nowell, the late frontman and driving force behind the Southern California group, Sublime, filed suit against the remaining two band members, Bud Gaugh and Eric Wilson, to prevent them from using the band name while touring, selling new merchandise, or naming new websites.
