Frazetta’s kids feud over control of the artist’s works (again)
December 28, 2010
Frank Frazetta might now be better known not for his fantasy works but for the fighting over his estate. The family seemed to settle a dispute over the estate in the spring 2010. But now, ArtDaily reports that children of the artist are feuding again over the works. On December 22, Frank Frazetta Jr., son of the artist, filed a lawsuit in Fort Myers, Fla., accusing his brother and two sisters of violating the terms of the agreement by failing to consult him on business decisions and not paying him what he is owed from the trust.
