This 124-page report, requested by Congress in anticipation of the introduction of a new bill in January, is a key analytical tool to determine what form the proposed legislation will take and how to develop it further. In part, the report looks at other such legislation in Europe and elsewhere, comments from interested parties, etc. [Click here for the full 124-page report].
Expect a complete review of the report in due time, and stay tuned for any further developments.
