Noor Kadhim

Noor Kadhim, Founder of Kadhims, is a Solicitor Advocate of the English Courts, with 15 years’ experience in
dispute resolution gained in common and civil law jurisdictions. Her specialisms are art and cultural heritage
law, arbitration, and technology disputes. At Kadhims, she advises clients ranging from corporates and private
clients, to States and State entities as well as artists, auction houses, galleries, digital entrepreneurs and tech
startups. She was listed in the “Best Art Lawyers” category by peers, in the FT ‘Best Lawyers’ Guide 2023. Noor
has written and presented widely on art and cultural heritage law, including at international art fairs and
academic institutions ranging from the India Art Fair and Art Dubai, to Oxford University. Noor worked in
house at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC) as Deputy Counsel in the Eastern
Mediterranean team.
