Let us include your art (Silent “Art & Law” Auction 2024)

On May 29, 2024, during our Annual Art Law Conference, we are experimenting with a new format — Silent Auction.
In 2019 and 2021, the Center for Art Law held Art & Law Auctions (first in person and second online) to celebrate art and law connections and to help us advance our mission, which is to provide artists and students of both disciplines with the right tools to know and protect their legal rights, with the intention to generate transparency in the art market.
This year, we are experimenting with the Silent Auction format, thanks to the inspiration and support from our Alums, and we would appreciate if you could support the Center by donating an artwork.
Back in 2019 we thought that “Aside from great exposure, a dedicated feature on our website, and extensive marketing from us, you will be showing your support for our work. You will be able to deduct the value of your supplies from your taxable income (we wrote an interesting article about it).” The idea is still valid.
If you are interested in joining forces, please fill in the form below with information about you and the work you intend on donating, such as: size, material, weight, location, estimated price, etc. As a rule of thumb, having learned from experience, we must decline any donations that weigh over 600 pounds or that measure over 3 feet sq.
All artists and art lovers are welcome!
