About Andrea and Paris

Andrea Konigs

Andrea is an arts professional and a recent graduate of the dual degree program between Sciences Po Paris and Columbia University. After studying Art History and Political Humanities, she works as an Associate Art Advisor at The Fine Art Group in New York City, specializing in Post War and Contemporary art and artists. Andrea’s deep interest in Art Law stems from her academic background, where she explored the intersection of law, politics, and the art world. Her work focuses on legal aspects of art transactions, intellectual property, and the protection of cultural heritage, with a commitment to navigating the complexities of the art market.

Paris Quetzal Sistilli

Paris is a multilingual graduate of the Dual BA Program between Sciences Po Paris and Columbia University, where she studied Political Humanities and Political Science with a regional focus on the Middle East. Her passion for art law stems from her academic foundation in cultural heritage and legal studies, deepened through her experiences with organizations such as the Antiquities Coalition and museums like the Whitney Museum of American Art. She is particularly fascinated by the intersections of art and law in post-conflict zones, the role of technology in cultural heritage protection, and the complexities of international provenance. These interests have culminated in the creation of Art in Brief, which she is thrilled to launch in collaboration with the Center for Art Law and Andrea.
