Vivek Jayaram is nationally recognized for handling high-stakes IP + business disputes and negotiating deals for creatives, brands, and entrepreneurs around the world. An IP expert and longtime adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law, he brings nearly a decade of teaching experience to his practice.
Before founding Jayaram in 2009, Vivek was a big law litigator and a federal judicial law clerk. He’s also the co-founder of Sweat Records Records, a Miami-based record label, and Contemporary100, a viral Instagram account spotlighting the most compelling stories in contemporary art.
