Earlier this year, Michael McCullough LLC premiered its blog, with commentary about Art, Cultural Assets and International Trade Law to complement its practice. Principle of the LLC and the principle blog writer, Michael McCullough, is a former associate counsel to Sotheby’s. He is currently advising art collectors, galleries and auction houses on sale, international trade and financing of collectibles such as fine arts and cultural property. Michael is a member of the New York Art Law Committee and he will be speaking at the upcoming conference in Chicago dedicated to Legal Issues in Museum Administration.
