Pierre Ciric

Pierre Ciric is a founding member of the Ciric Law Firm, PLLC, a boutique law firm located in New York, NY, which focuses on cultural heritage law, general litigation for businesses, nonprofit organizations and individuals, as well as legal ethics. Pierre has represented a number of clients in the cultural heritage field. Pierre obtained, on behalf of the heirs of a French Jewish family, the restitution of a Nazi looted Pissarro painting from the University of Oklahoma. He also obtained restitution of an important “Judaica” religious object on behalf of an Eastern European Jewish community from an American collector. He represents the Holocaust Art Restitution Project, Inc., a Washington, DC-based advocacy group dedicated to the identification and restitution of looted artworks.
